The villa with 140 m² living space is located on the edge of the fairways of the PGA Golf Course, Caleta de Fuste "with stunning views of the ocean and the fairways on a 1000m ² of grounds.

The villa with large pool and ocean views will make you forget business and stress very quickly. Of course there is everything the modern man could need: bathroom with shower and bath, pool with sun loungers, garden furniture, Jacuzzi, Sauna, TV, kitchen with stove and dishwasher and three bedrooms, multiple living-dining areas.

Have breakfast on the sunlit veranda overlooking the pool, garden and sea - and you will never want to leave the house. A special highlight is the large barbecue terrace - which is equivalent to a kitchen, where you can really develop your cooking skills - and then embed the pool on the sun loungers right back to rest. Or strengthened break at the beach. Whatever you want. The sand is light and fine sand - in the 600m-long bay, there is rarely high waves.

The Atlantico shopping center, with a large Spar supermarket and shops, Restaurants, Cafes, Mc Donald is just a short walk from the villa.

The town has numerous restaurants, which offer their guests with delicious, traditional local dishes. In the many bars, in which there is a lively nightlife, you can end the evening in friendly company.
